Calendar first
See every schedule and every Shopify rollout on one calendar, by month, week, day or agenda.
Schedule prices, menus, pages, products, metaobjects and more. Metascheduler makes each change on time, and puts it back when the window ends.
Shopify Rollouts schedules themes, checkout, discounts and catalogs. It can't touch your menus, prices, pages or products, and apps can't add to it. Metascheduler fills that gap, on the rollout's clock or its own.
Metascheduler shows your rollouts on its calendar and never changes them.
Follow a rollout: your changes start when it starts, and revert when it ends.
Everything a campaign, launch or seasonal change needs, built into your Shopify admin.
See every schedule and every Shopify rollout on one calendar, by month, week, day or agenda.
We save what each change replaced, and put it back when the window ends.
If someone changes something while a schedule runs, we ask before putting the old value back.
Preview each change now, at the start and at the end, and spot clashes with other schedules and rollouts.
Each start and end runs once, retries when Shopify is busy, and handles late runs safely.
Run workflows when a schedule starts, ends, fails or finds an edit. Start schedules from Flow.
Schedule a change from a product, variant or collection page, or for products you select in the list.
In 20 languages. Each schedule keeps its own time zone, daylight saving included.
Pick what to change, choose the items, and decide what happens when the schedule ends.
Set products to Active, Draft, Unlisted or Archived.
Publish products to sales channels, or unpublish them, channel by channel.
Publish a collection to sales channels, or unpublish it.
Set a price, or take a percentage or an amount off. Round to .99 and show the old price as the compare-at price.
Add and remove tags on products and blog posts. Only the tags it changed are put back.
Start from a date on the calendar, a template or a Shopify rollout.
One time, a window with a start and an end, a repeat, or follow a Shopify rollout. Each schedule has its own time zone.
Pick a change type and the items it changes, then what happens at the end: revert, set something else, or keep.
Metascheduler makes the change at the start and reverts it at the end. Activity lists every item, before and after.
Put back what was there before. Anything someone changed in the meantime is left alone.
Before Metascheduler changes anything, it saves what was there. At the end, it checks before it puts it back.
Every plan follows Shopify rollouts and undoes its changes. Paid plans add prices, policies, repeats and Flow actions.

Rollouts schedules themes, checkout, discounts and catalogs, and its API is read-only, so apps can't add changes to it. Metascheduler schedules the rest: prices, menus, pages, products, metaobjects and more. A schedule can follow a rollout, starting when it starts and reverting when it ends.
At the end, Metascheduler checks the live value. If it isn't what Metascheduler wrote, it leaves your edit alone and asks you in Needs you whether to restore the old value anyway or keep the current one.
Each schedule has its own time zone, your store's by default. Times are wall-clock times in that zone, so a 9:00 start stays at 9:00 when the clocks change.
A start that's a few minutes late runs normally. A later start still runs if its window hasn't ended, and is marked late. If the window has already ended, it's skipped and shows in Needs you. An end always runs, because putting things back is the safe direction.
Only metaobjects and rollouts at install. Everything else, like products or menus, is asked for when you first schedule that kind of change, and you can revoke it in the app's settings.
Changes the app has made stay in place, and changes due to be reverted later aren't reverted. Shopify asks us to delete your store's data 48 hours after you uninstall, and we do.
